    How we can create a copy of existing evaluation forms ?

    Not in the UI itself, but you can use the API.

    Use this to get the form: /api/v2/quality/forms/evaluations/{formId}

    Change what you want in the JSON code 

    Then use a POST to the same API to create a new form from that JSON.

    Hi Noufal,
    There is an Idea in Genesys Ideas lab to which you can add your vote for an enhancement to copy evaluation forms. See the link here.  In the meantime, it may help a bit to save the questions which are included in the forms you want to copy - as a template if you're not already doing so.
