  • 1.  Correlating Entity ID to User

    Good Morning,

    I am attempting to audit then fix a mistake one of our supervisor users made to a group of employees. When going to the audit viewer I can see that this supervisor made 156 changes to a bunch of entity IDs, but I do not know how to correlate those IDs to an actual user. We want to be able to accurately see to whom the changes were made so we can correct them. Although we are in the process of going through the users the supervisor has access to and fixing the mistake, this seems like a less efficient way to fix this issue if instead we knew the entity ID of the users. Is this possible? I have searched with the help function and in the community and have not found any answer to matching Entity IDs to specific users. I have also not been able to find anywhere in Genesys menu that shows this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
