  • 1.  Create custom API to connect with external source

    We have a callback server that would require an API from Genesys to consume data from it. This data needs to be pushed to the interaction. Currently the team cannot provide us with an API to push the data from their server. Is there a way that Genesys can access this data from external source through an API?

    Can you tell me a little more about this workflow?  There is a project that is currently underway that may be of assistance here, but I'd like to understand more about how this is expected to work to get a better understanding of it.  Please feel free to contact me directly.
