Hi Team Genesys
Can someone enlightened me about survey in genesys cloud how does it work cause i already follow the instruction on videos and online documentation but after implementing the survey i didn't receive any survey from my personal email. I already configure the survey form , policies and the flow but it seem that it doesn't work.
how do the survey work ? does it automatically send the survey to an email ? is it on email or on voice or a text?
