Hi all, 

I need to Create a WhatsApp campaign (outbound) to send advertisements to some clients, we own WABA, so we  create and submit WhatsApp message templates in your Meta Business Manager and have approval, but I don't know what the last step

Did you create the canned response templates:  Add a WhatsApp template message - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

After that, you have to submit your WABA templates to Genesys:

o request approval of a message template for your WABA, email your request to GenesysCloudWhatsAppRequests@genesys.com. Genesys emails a WhatsApp message template request form for you to complete. Return the completed form to GenesysCloudWhatsAppRequests@genesys.com.

Hi Reham, 

We don't yet have support for WhatsApp campaigns in Genesys Cloud Campaign Management. We do have it on our roadmap to deliver in the first half of this year, however. We are currently in the planning stages.
