Hi,

we run into a problem: We want to create carouels with the digital menu action described here (as an alternative to Google DF CX):

Digital Menu action

to be filled by dynamic content from a database. For example 2, 3 or 5 cards, products based on stock availablility etc.

Any idea? The goall  is to feed the carousel by a shopping system. Depending on the DB result, different numbers of carousels/cards with different content should be shown.

What issue are you actually having, is it not populating the carousel or are you having problems with the initial setup etc?

Hi Samuel, 

using the action to create carousels is not the problem. The problem is: How can we generate these carousels depending on conditions? For example of the customers asks for bananas to buy we want to give the customer a carousel with the top rated banana types available currently (!) in the store. 

So the carousel must be flexible driven by DB content and not hard-coded in architect.

Hi Marcel,

I thought I had replied to this already.  Did you manage to resolve the issue?

I think Use custom dynamic list slot types in a bot flow and a data action to pull the content would probably be your best bet.
