    Hi!

    I have noticed if an evaluation form is created with no critical questions, the critical score comes back as 0%. Is there a way to program an evaluation with no critical questions to show as 100%?

    Hello Caitlyn,

    At this time there isn't a way to stop it from displaying as 0%, but there is an idea: Exclude Evaluations with All Critical Questions Marked N/A from Critical Score Average Calculation
