I went back through my user import .csv files from over the past year or so, and none of them had the Language skills as part of the import. Language Skill and ACD Skill have always been separate, so I'm not sure what you saw a few months back.
Some customers use Bullseye routing and want to be able to strip the language from an interaction as it progresses through rings. Those customers create pseudo language skills by naming ACD Skills for the language and use those instead of using the built-in Language Skills. Is that your model, by chance? If so, they would have been imported as part of the
skills column in the CSV.
