Good morning,
So our PureCloud rep advised me the other day that the only form of "custom" reporting that could be run at this time in Purecloud is through the interactions tab. I am experiencing an issue with this. We are trying to pull a report with calls from one specific number to one of our queues from a specific day range. The issue I'm having is when i click export to .csv the report that shows up in my inbox is a yellow download button that says Export completed with partial results. When I open the .csv, it only shows the calls for 2 days of the 7. What would cause this and how would i go about pulling a full weeks report?

For questions about the base product, such as using the out of the box reports, please post on the Genesys Cloud Community Forum or open a case with Genesys Cloud Care. This forum is specific to using APIs and integration points to write custom software.
