We had an ask come to us today and I have been trying to see if it's possible or what the closest we can get to it is. There is a desire to send a reminder notification to agents three times during their shift whenever we are pushing a specific or special campaign.
We could setup notifications in the architect, but that would trigger on every conversation which would be too much. Is there any infrastructure built for this, or have you achieved a similar functionality in roundabout ways?
I saw a post from last year that mentioned setting up either a SMS campaign with all the agents cellphone numbers or using a group chat within Genesys. Neither of those options sounded as good as just being able to deliver an on-screen pop or toast notification to our agents.
