Hi WEM Community,

I've posed an idea in the Ideas Lab regarding allowing the ability for a single Operating Schedule to have Multiple random dates.  When creating an operating schedule, you can specify using a Custom option which uses the date formatting of RFC5545.

RFC 5545 - Internet Calendaring and Scheduling Core Object Specification (iCalendar)

My suggestion is so that users can add random dates using RDATE.  This can be useful for Easter Holidays or other holidays that don't fall on the same annual date or start of week.  

Easter for example is determined by moon cycles, which using the current custom formulas, isn't possible for configuration.  By looking up the next 10 years worth of Good Friday and Easter Mondays, we could use 1 or 2 Operating Schedules for a range of specific dates.  Currently WEM users will either need to create a large list of individual operating schedules or come back every year and make adjustments for when these dates occur.  For a better hands off approach, I'm hoping that we could get some customers to provide use cases and feedback on the idea below to allow a list of random dates in one Operating Schedule.

Hey Phaneendra,

I believe Genesys caps users votes to 50.  So depending on how many ideas you've voted on, they might not allow you to continue voting?  Otherwise maybe someone from Genesys could verify whether this idea is votable at this stage?  I assume from the Admin comment it should be :)
