Hello everyone,
We are working on an integration with Facebook in Genesys Cloud. The integration is working well. We have set up a Dialogflow CX bot in the flow connected to the Facebook integration. The bot also works, we can see the messages in the Facebook messenger but we do not see videos, images and files in the custom payload. Only the quick replies work.

I know that genesys cloud messanges only support quick replies, but this should be a different situation. In this case Genesys Cloud only acts as a proxy between Dialogflow and Facebook messenger, while Dialogflow has the task of inserting the JSON of the custom payloads into the request.
Have I done something wrong? Is there a way to make this integration work?
