Hi Reuben.
I know this thread is 1 year old. But did you mange to solve this issue, when an agent add / remove members to a Group and when the agent tries to "Save" nothing happens?
I have made a Custom Role with Permissions with full access to Groups also the General Group Administration to be able to see Groups under the Admin page.

Thank you, Vaun that seem to work. But for some reason that account with that custom role and the group permissions I cant save a member in the group. I can see it ; I can click edit on the right, I can search for the names, I can even add it but when I go to save it nothing happens.

So I've done a little testing and it seems the permission needed for the Groups option to show in the Admin section is General Group Administration
That may not be what you want but there is somewhat of a backdoor way to get to that list by going directly to /directory/#/admin/groups

I am in need of some assistance. We are trying to give our custom role the ability to view and edit the Groups where we configure voicemails . In the custom role I added the permission Directory>Group>Edit and Directory>Group>View and it did not work. Then I added UI>Myorganization>view , Directory>Group>All Permission but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
