Customer AWS Lambda/Lex executing in Customer AWS US East Region and GC org running in US west

    Firstly, does GC running in AWS us-west region have any issues connecting to customer AWS VPC running in AWS us-east-1 as it relates to AWS Lambda/Lex/poly/Dyanamo DB..  And if supported, are there any perceived latency issues that we will need to be concerned with this Cross region scenario

    You don't have to be in the same region to access a VPC since Genesys Cloud in the Public side of Direct Connect.  AWS Direct Connect for Genesys Cloud Archives - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    I have seen where there are tools or systems in one region that don't allow access from another region.  Also CloudFront has a number of caveats.
