    Hi Guys,

    This is Eason from Yealink headset team.

    Customers are using both Genesys and Teams are having call control issues when using Yealink headsets. 

    We have modified the report ID of communication with the Yealink headset and adjusted it to the YL hid method in the SDK to solve the call conflict problem.

    The fixing has been merged via github.

    Is there anyone from Genesys here who could take a look?

    Hope you are doing well!
     
    Our R&D found that the new Yealink SDK was accepted in early Feb on GitHub, and we noticed that there have been some new software releases recently, would you please help to check if the new software release includes the new Yealink SDK?
    This is really important, we are losing customers. Really appreciate it if you could help.
