Genesys Cloud - Main

I am considering customizing the popup displayed using the Embeddable Framework.

I would like to customize the default "Blind transfer" button and "Consult transfer" button.

I would like to achieve one of the following:
- Do not display the "Blind transfer" button
- Swap the positions of the "Blind transfer" button and the "Consult transfer" button

Is it possible to implement these two customizations?

Hi Nobuhisa,

I believe you can hide the transfer buttons utilizing the configuration settings for Embeddable Framework.  If you require more customization than that, then it may be worth raising this in the Genesys Cloud Developer Community
