I am considering customizing the pop-up displayed using the embedding framework.
I would like to customize the default "Blind Transfer" button and "Consult Transfer" button enclosed in a red frame in the attached image.
I want to achieve one of the following:
- Do not display the "Blind Transfer" button
- Swap the positions of the "Blind Transfer" button and the "Consult Transfer" button
Is it possible to implement these two customizations?
