    Hi, since i'm new with Genesys could anyone help me how to custom our own design for the widget chat V2 for changing some colours from the form input and livechat session? i already tried added main.theme : "light" too but that didnt work. i've tried to put inline css from less file that i get from this documentation : "https://all.docs.genesys.com/WID/Current/Developer/GWCCustomize" and change some color and still didnt work (ofcourse i already convert the less file with css format to my code.

    here i attach my custom webchat demo that i implement on my site, its all inline.

    Hey Muhammad. You can utilize the CXbus properties to modify the UI for the chat form. Most us the .cx class selector. There is a brief document that explains this. The best way for you to go about is to launch your chat within a browser and modify the UI using the DevTools. You can then extract the CSS and place it within your code.
