Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

I search in help center of Genesys Cloud in how to set a Widget in Dashboard to display the current date/time in realtime but nothing found.

Another question: I want to know if possible to customize the Widget view like, text police, color, background color....etc.

There is not a widget for that.  I would suggest you find a good time site that displays that and insert it in the dashboard as a URL like this one:  Clockie.
