does anyone know if there is a way to setup dashboards so that they would only be visible to the people within the same division? As it is right now, if we create a dashboard in one division, the people from other divisions can see it as well. While they would not be able to see the data inside our dashboards, they still can see the name of the dashboard. And we would like to avoid cluttering the screen with a list of dashboards from several divisions.

The division-aware sharing of dashboards is not yet a feature in Genesys Cloud. I found an Ideas Lab ticket requesting this feature:

As a workaround, have you tried using work teams? Instead of making the dashboard public, you can just share the specific dashboard to a work team aside from individual users.
