Hello All,
Sometimes after data table update (description or new field added) flows displays the message: "Item is different from the latest version. Flow is referencing a cached version of the item."
Questions:
- What is the cached version?
- What are the cases when it's used?
- What is the recommended method to switch flows to the actual version?
