    Heard a rumor last week @ the Conference that the old Interactive Intelligence "Decisions" Tool may become integrated into the Genesys Cloud CX Workforce Management Tool in the future? Can anyone confirm or deny? This would be awesome if true!

    Hi Chris, yes we are planning to build long term planning capabilities into Genesys Cloud CX.  If you'd be interested in participating in UX Design research later in 2023 the Product Manager for this effort is @Belinda Herrera.
