    Hi,

    Customers upload contact list on a daily basis and there are chances that there would be duplicates in it. For examples, if there are certain leads which has already been called and assigned with a wrap up. If the same number is uploaded again, it shouldn't be calling them. How to achieve it.

    From my side, i've marked wrap ups with contact uncallable. So if same numbers are uploaded again, its marking it as contact uncallable.
    But, for the wrap ups for which rules are associated to give a callback, if the leads are updated with the same number, it is appending the lead but making a call again. 

    I've asked business to use unique identifier every single time on phone number. That helps only for wrap ups which doesn't have a callback rule. Kindly help.

    Hi Vikram,

    Have you reviewed Unique Identifier Column documentation in the Resource Center? 

    I also found another post on the Community: Filtering an outbound contact list for duplicate numbers that has some useful information

    It helps only for data within a list, not when there are calls already dialled.
