I am looking to Delete a single record or all records from a DNC list. I don't see that specific API call in API explorer OUTBOUND>DNCLists.
Is this an option?

Unfortunately, there's no way to remove numbers from a DNC list. Your only option is to export and delete the list, create a new one, add all the numbers except the one you want to remove, then update everything that referenced the DNC list to use the new list.
