  • 1.  Delete Gamification Profiles

    I have a few Gamification profiles that are no longer needed. Are we able to delete them? I feel like it should be there and I'm not seeing it. I know I can disable them but I prefer to just not have them there.

    Hi Julie,

    You cannot delete profiles. The workaround as you mentioned is to disable them and select the check box (top right corner) to display active profiles only - at least this will only display the ones that are active.

    Kieron, can you share the reasoning behind why they cannot be deleted? Perhaps they are intertwined with other functionality and would break something else if deleted?
