Dan, interesting idea. I was testing with my account so I can't delete that one, but I may try it with account. Though I seem to recall running in to some oddities deleting & attempting to recreate an account with the same associated email address; some variety of 'user already exists' if I'm not mistaken. This was a while ago, so worth a shot again. I'll report back if it's successful. Thanks

I wonder if you delete the account and recreate the account if it would reset the account to the default picture? Because this was a test account, it may be an okay option to just go ahead an delete it and see what happens.

Once you have uploaded a photo, there is no option to delete the last image in the Profile Photo section or return to default.

I added an image as my PureCloud profile photo for testing purposes, and now want to delete it so it goes back to the default image. I'm not finding an option to do this, however. I know I could back into by taking a screenshot of the default image and uploading that as the profile photo, but I'd prefer to return it to the default setting. How can I do this?
