  • 1.  Deleting a Division

    Under the documentation for deleting a Division we have:

    What does "no longer access historical transactional data. This data is no longer available in historical reporting." actually cover.

    I get that I can no longer filter by that division, and I won't see that division in any reporting that allows it. But is that it? All the calls and queue and flow data is still there and reportable right?

    Hello Anton,

    what i can see in my lab enviroment is that your calls or interactions are still there but you can see only the id:

    However i suggest to try it.
