This is an interesting behavior. I would HIGHLY recommend opening a ticket to support with as much info as you can give (Logs, video, screenshots, etc.). They will be able to dig in and figure out whats wrong or escalate to the proper channels if needed.
@Brian Dupuis do you have any additional thoughts of what could be happening?

Hi team,
Ever since my company deployed the newest update to my Genesys Desktop Apps, my app will refresh on its own and I'll lose what I'm in the middle of working on (if I'm making updates to a schedule, I'll lose what I didn't save/publish and will have to start over). Once it refreshes, I'm brought back to the activity page in my profile.
Just curious if this has been the experience for anyone else? Before the update was deployed, it would happen here or there. It wasn't significant enough for me to notice its frequency.
After the update, it's at least 5 times every day.
Could this be user error on my end (am I clicking around too quickly?)
My system admins have cleared the cache yesterday, and the refresh just occurred again.
Our next try is uninstalling & reinstalling the app.
I was just curious if anyone else experienced unprompted refreshes as frequently though. :)
