  • 1.  Detailed Agent/User Status logs

    Our customer is asking to have a detailed information, about the agents status (date, time for a status change, who changed the status (agent/supervisor), activation/deactivation of an agent in a Queue, who performed the activation/deactivation in a Queue,(agent/supervisor) etc.) in a specific time frame defined as a filter.

    This informations are easily available on stat servers logfiles.

    How can this detailed information be retrieved in Genesys Cloud?

    This is coming.  There will be an Agent Milestones (or some name) View that will be like the PureConnect Agent Status Detail report.  Look for it in Q2 I would guess.
