Our customer is asking to have a detailed information, about the agents status (date, time for a status change, who changed the status (agent/supervisor), activation/deactivation of an agent in a Queue, who performed the activation/deactivation in a Queue,(agent/supervisor) etc.) in a specific time frame defined as a filter.
This informations are easily available on stat servers logfiles.
How can this detailed information be retrieved in Genesys Cloud?
