Hi all,
When we use "Transfert to Number" block in the Architect, the call went to the failure path in case of busy number or Network error...etc. that is good.
But my question, can we also add a control to detect either humain voice or answering machine (like mobile's voicemail) in order to make decision in case of detecting external number's voicemail and apply a specific instruction in Architect ?
