I recently came across this integrations "Genesys Cloud Developer Tools". Does anybody used them before. Any interesting use case for this. Thanks

I couldn't work without the developer tools. Platform API CLI helped me to understand and use Genesys Cloud CLI. API Explorer is my main ressource to understand every new API I want to use in Data Actions. Overview helped me to program an integration widget for Genesys cloud. And thats only the top of the iceberg.

I have worked with the API Explorer before, i am just curious, what is the difference between what we see the regular developer tools and the developer tools integration that shows up within the Genesys Cloud integration apps.

Haven't used it but it seems like it just embeds the dev tools as an application in the Genesys UI.

sorry, I completly missed that part of your question. As mentioned by Jan, the installation makes the developer tools aviable within Genesys, if you have the proper rights and configured the app for a Group that you are member in.
