  • 1.  Developing a stay on the line for English or press 2 for Portuguese

    Hello dumb question here but I am trying to develop a flow that prompts our callers to stay on the line for English(Transfers to general Queue) or press 2 for Portuguese(Transfers to Portuguese queue) and I am having a hard time remembering how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
