Hey Vikki,
I'm not exactly sure how you could do that with regex since it is designed to work with text rather than speech. You could try something like the following to include A through Z, as well as "zed":
[a-y]|z|zed

Greetings and thanks in advance. I have a simple voice bot that requests a zip or postal code for US and Canadian customers. In Canada, "zed" isn't working. How can I craft a regex to accept "zed" as "z" in the second and third alpha block using the following regex:
^([AaBbCcEeGgHhJjKkLlMmNnPpRrSsTtVvXxYy] ?[0-9] ?[A-Za-z]-? ?[0-9] ?[A-Za-z] ?[0-9])$
