We're working with a prospect who uses Genesys Cloud Dialer, and we'd like to receive event notifications whenever any user in the organization starts or ends a call (specifically those initiated by the dialer).
After reviewing the available topics in the Notifications API, it's not entirely clear which ones are best suited for tracking dialer-originated call events across all users.
Could someone help clarify:
• Which event topics we should subscribe to?
• Whether dialer-initiated calls are included in standard conversation events?
• If there are any special considerations or limitations when it comes to monitoring dialer calls at scale?
