    We're working with a prospect who uses Genesys Cloud Dialer, and we'd like to receive event notifications whenever any user in the organization starts or ends a call (specifically those initiated by the dialer).

    After reviewing the available topics in the Notifications API, it's not entirely clear which ones are best suited for tracking dialer-originated call events across all users.

    Could someone help clarify:

    Which event topics we should subscribe to?

    Whether dialer-initiated calls are included in standard conversation events?

    If there are any special considerations or limitations when it comes to monitoring dialer calls at scale?

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
