Hello Cody,
Happy to help dig into this. I just need a bit more detail to make sure I'm pointing you in the right direction. Can you confirm what type of campaign you're working with (for example, an agentless SMS campaign from the UI, an agentless messaging campaign created via API, or something else)? Also, did this recently change from showing a readable name to a UUID, or has it always appeared that way? It would also help to know how the campaign was originally created-through the UI, via API, or copied from another campaign-and whether you're seeing this across all campaigns or just specific ones.
The reason I'm asking is that there are some differences in how campaigns created through certain API methods are handled, especially with naming conventions, and that can impact how the Campaign Name shows up in Interactions View exports. Once I have a better sense of your setup, I can give more targeted guidance-especially as it relates to your Power BI reporting.
Cheers,

Subject: Dialer Campaign Name Being Replaced with New Value - Anyone Else Seeing This?
Good morning, Community,
I recently pulled an extract of dialer interactions through the Interactions View. I noticed that the Campaign Name field is no longer showing the original name and has been replaced by a name in a similar format as a Conversation ID. Is this expected functionality, and if so, why does this occur? I've included a screenshot below. The b088... value is the updated campaign name-previously, 710_US_CP_GC_DTC_CC_Leads-and the second value is the queue name, which is the field I used to identify this data.

This presents challenges for our Azure data cube which we use as our primary data source for Power BI reporting. We didn't anticipate this would happen, so I'm not sure how to rectify the issue with our BI team.
I appreciate any and all help and guidance.
