    Can someone help me with passing data from google to genesys and vice versa?

    if you have examples kindly share it with me.

    When you bring DialogFlow into a chat or call flow, there will be input and output variables that you can pass between Genesys and Google - both ways.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I tried this but when I create an Entity called first name in Dialogflow. Then I created a output in genesys "genesys-output". But I still could see the output from google

    Check to see if the slot is being filled in Google - read it back in your bot and make sure that the slot is for output.

    On pure connect we didn't have any joy sending data through from google dialog flow, Dialog Engine just works, and much more simple to use that dialog flow
