Having bots in the global zone means that all the data, logs... associated with the interactions are located outside of European countries. This is a major concern for our customers. This will certainly block the deployment of bots and therefore the migration to the Cloud. Do you know if the possibility to use google's European zones will be available soon?

Hello Lionel,
The integration currently only supports Dialogflow Essentials Agents that are created in the Global location. That's Agents configured in the other locations are not visible in Genesys Cloud.
