Ricky,
You'll need to go to the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace and purchase the Google DialogFlow integration for your org using the "Free Trial" button. Alternatively you can click the "Contact Us" button to talk to Genesys Sales to get them to enable the integration for your org.
After Google DialogFlow is enabled for your org, you'll have to go to Admin->Integration and add the integration, set it up, and activate it. Once activated, then it will become available in Architect.

I joined a DevCast yesterday regarding using Dialogflow to implement a chatbot. So, did you mean the feature still has not been released yet? I have setup everything as William mentioned earlier but i can't find Dialogflow action in Architect when I created an in-bound chat flow. Or did I miss anything?
