Subject: Dialogflow - How to have several bots/agents working with one integration installation in PureCloud
Hi, I was able to use Google Dialogflow however I realized that one agent (or bot that contains intents) must belong to one Google project only.
I mean I cannot have several bots/agents associated to one project.
See: "Each project can have at most one agent, so you need multiple projects if you need multiple agents."

| | Using multiple projects | Dialogflow ES | Google Cloud | | In some cases, you may need to create multiple GCP projects to use Dialogflow: Each project can have at most one agent, so you need multiple projects if you need multiple agents. You may find it useful to create one project for authentication/quotas/billing and additional projects for agent data. | | View this on Google Cloud > |

What happens is that the service accounts are created at the project level (each project has its own service account) and the service account is used to configure the Dialogflow integration in Purecloud.
That said, if I want to create several bots/agents I would need to have several installations of the PureCloud integration however when I try to install another instance of the Dialogflow integration in PureCloud (the same way you can do it with some other installations), I get the following message and I can't install it:
"The maximum number of integrations for this type have already been created."
I wonder how can I address this issue if I want to create several Dialogflow bots/agents.
Thanks.
