    Hi community, 

    According to the documentation, "Dials: The number of interactions initiated by the campaign" ( Metric definitions - Genesys Cloud Resource Center), I appreciate ypur help to confirm that each contact in a campaign generates an INVITE request to iniciate the call, and thus, "dials" metric is the counter that adds how many of these INVITE request have gone out.

    Hello Ana

    I believe the metric is from nOutboundAttempted: The number of outbound dialer calls attempted. This would count up when it has dialed or tried to dial the number.
