Hello,

We found this interesting idea related to defining a dictionary for languages that are supported through EVTS (like Greek). The status idea is "Delivered".

Thing is that we are facing the same issue that some other users report in comments. We cannot find the relevant API to use. Can you please provide the respective API as well as the relevant documentation?

This idea is promising as we need to find a way to improve as much as possible the transcription accuracy for greek language. At the moment, the transcription quality is evaluated as poor by our customer.

I believe an attribute can be used when adding to the dictionaries with:

The transcription engine for the dictionary feedback. Only returned when GenesysExtended feature is enabled.Valid values: Genesys, GenesysExtended.

According to Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal there's also a UI update coming for this.
