You should be able to, as long as you have the Caller ID name and number as values for each record in the Call List.
You may need to experiment to make sure you correctly match the "Begins With" value to what the dialer is actually looking at..hopefully just the number in the call list.
You'll also need to have to add an individual rule in the Rule Set for each possibility.
