    Can you restrict a users ability to view only users assigned to their division? I can't seem to figure out a way to limit access in this way.

    There is a feature coming next Wednesday that will allow you to disable it altogether.  Not sure if it is a permission or a switch.  We will have to see, but from the description, it looks like you can limit this by user.

    Hello. Looking for a solution on this as well. I separated all users/queues/analytics out but can't seem to turn off the directory or limit it either.

    Directory segmentation and limiting viewing on transfers based on divisional controls are all on the roadmap just don't hold your breath
