    Currently we can do a Bulk import of External Contacts into Directory / External Contacts.
    HOW can we do a Bulk Delete of External Contacts?
    #Omni-ChannelDesktop/UserInterface
    #Telephony
    #Unsure/Other

    If you have used a CSV to upload them, there's a way to use the CSV to bulk delete them. We are also working on bulk APIs that may help.

    My apologies--I had not heard of the bulk delete using CSV.

    @Lucie DeCristofaro can you share a link with the procedure? Or directions? I don't see it documented in the Resource Center.​

    Hello,

    With CSV assuming you had the original import file with Contact and Account IDs you can add a column titled "Contact Deleted" or "Account Deleted" and enter an x to delete the contact or account. If you delete an account then the contacts against it will also be deleted.
