I have a queue to attend mails, this queue has a script assigned. The interactions that come in are displayed and the script button is enabled and it works normally.
The script has configured in the script properties, INBOUND, DATA ACTION and EMAIL enabled.
it has also assigned the functions so that the agent executes the data action of the script and can see the script.

When reconnecting some interaction that has been concluded, the script button is disabled, why?
