Hi, I'm facing the same problem with the External Contacts, and the Quality Administration.
This is a very important issue to be taken into account following the ability to use Divisions within Genesys Cloud.
Need to have urgent attention on this problem.

Dear Community
I have three questions regarding Divisions:
(a) We assigned the "Directory > User > Edit" permission -which is division aware- but the user can still view and edit profiles from people outside its Division. This can be done entering the Company Directory (not through "People" where division awareness works).
Do you know if this is supposed to happen? It would mean the permission is not Directory Aware.
(b) Is there a plan for External Contacts to be division aware?
(c) Is there a plan for Quality Forms to be division aware?
