    Can anyone explain what the Custom Exclusion Column is used for when creating an Internal - Custom DNC List?

    It allows you specify a column in your contact list to check against the dnc list. For example, if your contact list has an accountid column, you populate a dnc list that contains accountids and block calls based on that value.
