One option is GET /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/dids
This endpoint will tell you who the owner/assignee of the did/dnis number, as well as the owner type.
From there you can look up the flow that a dnis number routes to.
Alternately/inversely, you can use GET /api/v2/architect/ivrs
This endpoint will list out all the call routes and the associated dnis numbers.
