    Please don't show the wrap-up codes when the ACD call has ended. Any idea?

    Currently, there is no option to completely disable the wrap-up. The workaround we use in this case is to set it as "Mandatory, time-boxed" with a duration of 1 second.

    Hello Puran,

    I have moved your thread to our Genesys Cloud - Main community. Elisson is correct, we don't currently have a way to completely disable wrap-up codes on ACD calls. The best thing to do currently would be to set the wrap-up codes as "Mandatory, time-boxed" with a duration of 1 second. This will make the wrap-up code window appear and close automatically after 1 second.

    I did see this Idea in the Product Ideas Lab. I would highly recommend voting on and commenting on that Idea for our development team to take a look at.
